How to Redeem Your Home Centre Gift Card

1. Choose the items you wish to purchase and head to the checkout.
2. On the Basket page, scroll down and enter your 25-digit gift card code along with the 4-digit PIN, then click “Apply” to see your available balance.
3. Click “Checkout Now” to finalize your order.

• Valid for in-store redemption only at Home Centre and Lifestyle outlets in India; not accepted online.
• Expires one year from issuance.
• To check balance or expiry, SMS HCBAL [16-digit card number] to 56767.
• Must be redeemed in a single transaction and in full. Any shortfall must be paid by the customer; no change or credit note for remaining balance.
• You may combine multiple gift cards in one purchase.
• Not redeemable for cash.

• No replacement or refund for lost or stolen cards.
• The cardholder is assumed to be the rightful beneficiary.
